In this foundational phase, team members learn the core of our business face-to-face marketing and lead generationinside retail environments. Trainees develop essential communication, sales, and customer service skills while representing our clients and driving measurable results.
Once proficient in marketing, team members move into leadership training. Here, the focus shifts to hiring, training, and team development. Individuals begin leading by example, mentoring new hires, and learning how to build and manage a team. This phase emphasizes personal accountability, public speaking, and leadership mindset.
In the final phase, trainees are coached on how to run the business side of operations. This includes client management, financials, compliance, expansion strategy, and overall team performance. The goal is to prepare individuals to open and lead a new market on behalf of our clients becoming a Director capable of managing both people and business growth.
The Management's role starts with Brand Management. The Management is responsible for in-store marketing campaigns in the territory. The Management will be responsible for making sure the in-store marketing campaigns represent our clients standards, along with the retail stores standards and along with Our standards.
